This practice focuses on improving how you breathe, both at rest and under physical demand. Through a series of guided exercises, you will work with functional breathing patterns and simulated altitude training to support performance, recovery, and overall health.

The session explores how breath influences energy, focus, and endurance. By training your respiratory system, you will develop a more efficient way of breathing that can support both movement practices and everyday life.

The approach combines practical tools with measurable progress, helping you better understand your own breathing capacity and how to work with it.
