Cancellation Policy

Terms, Conditions & Policies — MoveFest MoveFest is organised by Studio Tribes (Tribes Dance & Yoga). By purchasing a pass or attending MoveFest (PreFest, festival weekend, PostFest, Opening Night), you agree to these terms. Passes & Bookings Passes grant festival access but do not automatically reserve a session. Sessions must be booked separately via your account on movefest.nl. Booking reserves your mat/spot; spaces are limited. You may change bookings up to the festival day under "My Bookings," subject to availability. Passes are personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refunds Passes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, contact us early and we'll do our best to help. Immersives may be cancelled up to 14 days before the start date for a refund minus a €7.50 fee; cancellations within 14 days or after the start are non-refundable. If MoveFest cancels or changes a session, teacher, or the programme, affected participants will be offered a suitable alternative, credit, or refund where appropriate. Programme Changes MoveFest may adjust session times, rooms, and teachers for the smooth and safe running of the event. Significant changes will be communicated where possible. Venue Please follow guidelines from MoveFest and the venue and the directions of our team. We may refuse admission for unsafe or disruptive behaviour. Arrive on time; latecomers may not be admitted once a session has begun. You are responsible for your belongings; MoveFest is not liable for lost or stolen items. Photo & Video Photos and videos are taken during MoveFest and may be used to promote the festival and future editions on our website, social media, and newsletters. By entering, you're aware filming takes place and that you may appear. If you prefer not to be filmed, tell our team or email movefest@yourtribes.nl. To request removal of a published image, email us and we'll remove it from our own channels as soon as possible. We handle images per the AVG/GDPR. Liability Participation in all practices (yoga, dance, martial arts, acrobatics, breathwork, somatics) is voluntary and at your own risk. You release MoveFest, Studio Tribes, the venue, and teachers from claims arising from negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Assess your own fitness, inform teachers of injuries or limitations, work within your limits, and stop if you feel unwell.
