How do we communicate without words? How do we recognise what we feel, and what someone else is feeling, through movement alone?

This practice explores the body as a primary language of connection. Starting from individual movement impulses and inner rhythms, you will gradually move into shared practices of attunement, mirroring, and group composition. Through rhythm, repetition, gaze, and collective movement, temporary "tribes" form, each developing their own physical vocabulary.

The practice concludes in a collective, wordless encounter shaped entirely by presence and shared movement.
