This practice is a deep Somatic dive into fascia-informed movement and the awareness of yourself through space, sound, and connection. Through guided exploration, you will visit the key qualities of fascia: mobility, elasticity, adaptability, and responsiveness, to develop a more connected and efficient way of moving.
The session is guided by music and fascial awareness using different rhythms and atmospheres to influence how you move, respond, and transition. Rather than focusing on isolated shapes, the practice emphasizes intrinsic mobility, fascial response, and dynamic pathways of motion and rebound.
This is a creative and precise exploration where yoga becomes a space to refine movement, coordination, and expression, not as fixed forms, but as a dynamic and evolving process.
In this practice you will explore:
• Somatic warm-ups to access inner body awareness
• Fascia-informed mobility and movement quality
• Elastic rebound and spring-like mechanics
• Fluid and efficient transition pathways
• The relationship between music and movement response
For who:
• Movers interested in understanding how the body thrives
• Those wanting to refine transitions and movement quality towards health
• Anyone curious about fascia-informed practice and musicality
