This practice is a deep dive into fascia-informed movement and intelligent transitions. Through guided exploration, you will work with key qualities of fascia: mobility, elasticity, adaptability, and responsiveness, to develop a more connected and efficient way of moving.
The session is guided by music, using different rhythms and atmospheres to influence how you move, respond, and transition. Rather than focusing on isolated shapes, the practice emphasizes continuity, rebound, and fluid pathways through the body.
This is a creative and precise exploration where yoga becomes a space to refine movement, coordination, and expression, not as fixed forms, but as a dynamic and evolving process.
In this practice you will explore:
• Somatic warm-ups to access inner body awareness
• Fascia-informed mobility and movement quality
• Elastic rebound and spring-like mechanics
• Fluid and efficient transition pathways
• The relationship between music and movement response
For who:
• Movers interested in understanding how the body moves
• Those wanting to refine transitions and movement quality
• Anyone curious about fascia-informed practice and musicality
