What if a character is felt before it is imagined? This practice explores how a role can emerge through the body, not through performance, but through physical discovery.
Starting from posture, rhythm, and movement quality, you will develop a character from within. Guided improvisations and drama-based techniques invite you to explore how roles are not just performed, but continuously formed, transformed, and communicated through movement.
No acting experience needed, just a willingness to follow what the body wants to express.
In this practice you will explore:
• Character development through posture and movement quality
• Guided improvisation and drama-based techniques
• How roles emerge, shift, and communicate through the body
• Physical expression as a creative and playful tool
For who:
• Anyone curious about the intersection of movement and character
• Those interested in embodied creativity and improvisation
• Open to all, no theatre or dance background required
