Movement has a rhythm, a gathering before an expansion, a tension before a release. This practice is built around that interplay. You will explore how the body contracts and opens, how pressure builds and redirects, and how that dynamic creates movement that feels both contained and alive.
Creative sequencing blends traditional asana with mobility work, taking familiar shapes into unexpected territory. The practice is playful and unapologetic, designed to challenge what you think you know about your body on the mat.
You will leave with a renewed sense of how movement can feel when you stop predicting it.
In this practice you will explore:
• The interplay of contraction and expansion in movement
• Breath and the nervous system as rhythmic guides
• Traditional asana blended with innovative mobility work
• Playful, unconventional sequencing that challenges the familiar
For who:
• Yoga practitioners looking to refresh and expand their practice
• Movers curious about the relationship between tension, release, and flow
• Anyone ready to move in a playful and unapologetic way
