Meet V, a dedicated Yoga Instructor, Primal Movement specialist, and Fitness Coach. V's lifelong passion for physical activity began in early childhood and has evolved into a multifaceted career centered around movement. In the summer of 2015, a chance encounter with yoga on a beach in Spain transformed V's life. By mirroring the asanas from afar, V discovered the profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
