Equilibrium re-envisions the traditional "Yin Yang" practice with a contemporary approach, combining passive stretching with dynamic "Yang" elements to enhance body intelligence and flexibility. It emphasises mindfulness and self-acceptance during each session. Unlike the traditional Yin Yang practice, which uses light vinyasa flow to prepare for Yin yoga stretches, Equilibrium involves active body engagement throughout.
The routine targets specific body areas through purposeful transitions and drills to stimulate joint mobility, increase flexibility, and release muscle and fascia tension, recognizing the body's interconnected systems. The workshop's first section explores mobility theory and the effects of passive and active flexibility on muscles and the nervous system.
The second part begins with a pre-practice mobility warm-up to prepare the body for any yoga practice. This is followed by sequential movements tailored to enhance joint mobility and muscle stretch, culminating in targeted stretches and mobility drills for increased flexibility and relaxation. The session concludes with a guided savasana meditation.

Luca Bellucci
Equilibrium
Luca’s yoga journey blends Eastern philosophy, meditation, and therapeutic movement. In his early 20s, Eastern philosophy captured his interest through various authors. Moving to the Netherlands introduced him to meditation as a therapeutic tool, revealing deeper self-awareness. His travels in Eastern countries deepened his practice, and teaching began unexpectedly in Florence, where he discovered Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga. This experience highlighted the importance of continual transformation and authentic self-expression beyond traditional guidelines.
Luca’s current practice is a dynamic fusion promoting transformation through psychological mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and self-discovery. His approach has led to the development of three distinct concepts: 'Origins,' focusing on the raw power of Power Yoga to build strength and acceptance; 'Rhythm,' featuring continuous, creative flows that boost energy and deepen awareness of behavior patterns; and 'Equilibrium,' offering a unique take on Yin Yoga by combining passive and active stretches to stimulate inner exploration.
Through these practices, Luca aims to enhance both physical and inner growth, providing a comprehensive approach to yoga that fosters strength, energy, and mindfulness.
