Moving Presence is a new workshop offering by Faedan McCall, inviting you into a deeper, more intuitive connection with your body and inner world. This is not just about learning steps—it's about remembering who you are through movement. As you dance, you’ll explore your natural movement patterns, engage your senses, and become a witness to what is unfolding within you.
Guided by Faedan’s grounding presence and embodied approach, the space encourages curiosity, openness, and self-compassion. Through dynamic exploration and subtle awareness practices, you’ll refine your ability to listen inwardly, express authentically, and move with intention. This workshop is an invitation to go beyond performance and into presence—a space where movement becomes medicine, and community becomes support.

Feadan McCall
Dancer & Choreographer
Feadan McCall is a choreographer based in Amsterdam, where she makes the invisible tangible through embodied expression. Her work blends dance, systemic awareness and musicality into transformative performances and rituals. She is known for her intuitive, layered approach to movement and her ability to make personal and collective undercurrents felt through the body.
Feadan choreographed the feature films VLAM and Olifantje in het Bos (2025), and created the choreography for Merol’s 2024 live show. She regularly collaborates with live musicians and is the initiator of DANCE CONCERTS—immersive performances where dancers, musicians, and spoken word artists co-create a shared field of rhythm, energy, and transformation - inviting everyone to move and be moved.
She is the founder of Energy Movement, started together with Reve Terborg in 2015, a platform for embodied dance practices rooted in musicality, skill, and authentic expression. Energy Movement has offered different classes, labs & retreats - inviting movers into deeper relationship with their bodies and their stories.
Feadan graduated at the Amsterdam School of the Arts and expanded her studies internationally—from dance training in New York to martial arts in Linyi, China. She performed with companies such as Danstheater AYA, ISH, Dox, and choreographed for 100% Film, Keplerfilm, Nederlands Blazers Ensemble, Slagwerk Den Haag / Ensemble Klang, and the Metropole Orkest, amongst others.
Her background in systemic coaching and somatic work is deeply woven into her artistic practice. She trained in breathwork, voice, and nervous system regulation with teachers like Liz Koch, Simrit Sarit Maor, and Githa Ben David. She is a certified systemic coach (Psychodynamica Academy, 2021) and completed her training in Trans-Cultural Systemic Work at the School for Systemic Awareness (2024), where she also co-developed the course Systemic Movements & Dance.
Rooted in presence, lineage, and the intelligence of the body, Feadan’s work invites movement as a portal—for expression, connection, and Embodied Knowing.
"What I find so beautiful is that we practice with for example 'stuck' movements (we have all been stuck) and how you can make a movement from there and free yourself. I notice this exercise simply has an influence on my day to day life. The new movements bring depth and enrichment to what I already know and that has an influence on how I continue to live my life through the world..
What we also have worked on in this course is Life Energy, how is your life energy? In which phase? And how could it open up for more life energy? And who doesn't need more life energy, right!?
I am really so happy that I am doing this at the moment and I also think it is really one of the best training courses I have done (and I have already done quite a few training courses).
This is because it gives a unique new layer, the layer of experience: the information of our bodies, who knows. This gives so much depth and richness, so that everything can fall into place deeply.”
