This workshop invites participants to delve into the depths of their personal experiences, exploring the intrinsic connection between emotion and movement. Guided by Thu Hang Pham’s unique approach, dancers will engage in practices that emphasize flow, groundedness, and sensuality, fostering a space where the physical and emotional realms intertwine.
Thu Hang’s artistic expression is characterized by a focus on flow, groundedness, sensuality, and the seamless integration of physical and emotional experiences. Her work is deeply rooted in personal narratives, aiming to inspire connection and authenticity through movement.

Thu Hang Pham
Choreographer
Thu Hang Pham is a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher. She started her dance training at the Academy of Theatre and Dance (ATD) and has continued this journey in New York (Peridance Capezio Center) and Israel (Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company). As a dancer, she has collaborated with several companies, including DOX, Anderson Carvalho Dance & Choreography, Dance Company The Kitchen and Theater Rotterdam. She can currently be seen in the duet ‘Speaking without words’ (Anne Suurendonk, Dance Theatre AYA).
Her dance language focuses on flow, groundedness, sensuality and the connection between the physical and emotional worlds. Essential to her as a performer and maker is to create and draw from personal experiences and to experience freedom and connection.
