Fire has many qualities—it warms, transforms, and also creates a cozy atmosphere. But too much fire can be destructive, especially when there is an excess of fire in the body.
How do you recognize too much fire?
- You are always “on” and often react sharply and intensely, with a short temper.
- You feel restless and find it difficult to relax.
- You frequently suffer from injuries or inflammations.
In this masterclass, we use Ayurveda and Yoga to temper the fire and find balance. You will learn how to cope with the heat of summer and how to feel better through nutrition, self-care, and yoga.
Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. Ayus means life, and Veda means knowledge, science, or art. The teachings of Ayurveda form a comprehensive system that has been practiced for thousands of years in India and other cultures. The goal of Ayurveda is to keep the body healthy before illness can manifest, helping to restore balance.

Nele Van Poucke
Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teacher & Teacher Trainer
As a yoga teacher, she has the unique talent of perfectly sensing what her students need. One moment, she guides you through a calm and meditative flow; the next, she challenges you to playfully explore your limits—while always respecting them. If she feels the class is ready, she twists her body into challenging poses—an invitation to try for yourself and have fun, because inspiring others is her life’s mission.
Her style? Prana Vinyasa. Nele learned the craft from none other than Shiva Rea, whom she has regularly assisted since 2010 in India, Mexico, Santorini, Los Angeles, and London. Today, she looks back on more than 20 years of experience and organizes Yoga Teacher Trainings. During these Dutch-language programs, she inspires yogis to deepen their practice and guides them in evolving into skilled and knowledgeable instructors.
"Immersing myself in the flow of the mandala was delightful! Realizing that you don't just need to look forward on your yoga mat, but that you can also be curious about the back of your mat. In various ways, the mandala flow fosters a deeper connection with yourself. I highly recommend it!"

"It is an enriching experience for anyone who wants to grow, to feel better about themselves, and to manage themselves better in order to stand stronger as a better person in life. Starting each day of the immersion with the practical part, the Namaskars and sequences, is simply fantastic. Each session is explained in detail afterwards, conveyed with a special drive. Thank you, Nele"
