During this workshop we will be exploring different aspects of these asanas, integrating the practice with useful information while taking care also of the emotional aspects.

We will fine tune foundational components needed for a range of inversions including classic headstand, crow pose, handstand and more. Nourishing self-trust, working on learning on how feel safe so that you can embody the sensation of being free and feel alive while you are "hands down and feet up!"
