Join V for a deeply nourishing Thai Yoga Massage workshop that blends assisted stretching, intuitive touch, and mindful movement. In this partner-based session, you’ll explore techniques to release muscular tension, increase flexibility, and connect more deeply with your body and breath. Whether you're new or experienced, you'll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more in tune with yourself.
Ideal for those looking to deepen their physical practice or explore the healing art of bodywork, this workshop offers practical tools to improve mobility and relieve tightness—whether for yourself or someone else. Using pressure, rhythm, and supported stretches, V will guide you through ways to personalize each technique with care and presence.
Participants will work in pairs—so we recommend coming with a friend or partner. If you're coming solo, no worries—we’ll do our best to match you up so you can enjoy the full experience.
Please bring:
• A thick yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• A warm blanket and cozy clothes

V’s journey into movement began with yoga in Spain in 2015, and has since grown into a powerful fusion of yoga, primal mobility, calisthenics, and fitness coaching. As a certified personal trainer and massage therapist skilled in techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, and holistic bodywork, V offers a unique and intuitive approach to physical transformation. His sessions are rooted in deep body awareness, functional strength, and natural movement—designed to help individuals move, feel, and live better.
