Our bodies do a lot for us -carrying us through work, routines, travel, and movement. They protect our vital organs and respond constantly to the emotional and mental states we experience.

This workshop is an invitation to pause and check in:

What do I notice when I turn my attention to my breath?

How does my body let me know when something needs care or attention?
In what ways might my body be speaking to me today - through movement, stillness, sensation, or something else?

In this workshop, we will explore our current relationship with the body — not to fix or change it, but to notice it with curiosity. The session will include grounding and integration exercises, role-based exploration, and moments of creative reflection. Together, we’ll look for ways to reconnect with the body’s rhythms, needs, and language.

No prior experience is needed -just a willingness to listen inward.

Vasiliki Moka
Social Scientist & Dramatherapist

Vasiliki Moka is a Social Scientist and Dramatherapy facilitator trained at the Hellenic Institute of Playtherapy and Dramatherapy “Athyrma." With a Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Human Rights (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) she is passionate about the ways creativity and embodiment can support (inter)personal expression and connection.

She is a SYLFF Foundation fellow, recognized for her research on documentary theatre and lived experience. Her thesis focused on how the repeated involvement of non-professional actresses in performance shaped their sense of identity, presence, and emotional connection to their personal narratives.

Vasiliki facilitates Dramatherapy workshops, group processes, and one-on-one sessions in Greece and abroad. Her practice combines movement, role-play, storytelling, and symbolic exploration to help participants engage with their emotional landscapes and inner narratives.

In all her work, she is interested in how body and imagination can come together in a safe, creative space -not for performance, but for reflection and discovery. She believes that Dramatherapy offers a valuable space to listen, express, and grow -both individually and collectively.
