Cancellation Policy

Client Cancelling Participation in PreFest workshops: You can cancel your workshop registration up to 14 days before the starting date to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of €7.50. Cancellations within two weeks before the course or during the course will not be refunded, and Tribes reserves the right to charge the full amount. Cancellation by Tribes: Tribes may cancel events due to low enrollment. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund. If an event is postponed, registrants can choose a refund or transfer to the new date.
