This practice offers a slower, regulating yin-yasa journey designed to support the nervous system after a full festival experience. Through a combination of somatic movement, gentle flow, and longer-held shapes, you will explore a more inward and receptive way of moving.
Inspired by Śhiva, the principle of rhythm, transformation, and renewal, the session weaves together breath-led movement, wave-like transitions, and moments of stillness. The focus is on sensing rather than performing, allowing the body to soften, release, and reorganize.
The practice closes with live sound, offering space to rest, integrate, and settle into a quieter state of awareness.
In this practice you will explore:
• Slow, somatic movement and yin-based embodiment
• Breath-led flow and wave-like transitions
• Down-regulation of the nervous system
• A balance between movement, stillness, and sound
For who:
• Anyone looking to slow down and reconnect inward
• Movers wanting to support recovery and nervous system regulation
• Those drawn to gentle movement, breath, and sound
