This day is an invitation to go beyond technique. Rooted in Vedānta and embodied through the SōHA Lucid Flow Method, it bridges philosophy and practice, so the teachings of yoga move from concept into lived experience.
The day opens with a Sarasvatī invocation, drawing on the archetype of knowledge, clarity, and refined intelligence. From there, you move into a full Lucid Flow Maṇḍala practice before stepping into guided inquiry around Dharma, Karma, and Self-Knowledge. The afternoon closes with Vedic mantra chanting and meditation, a way to settle, integrate, and let the teachings land in the body.
This is not a lecture. It is an experiential exploration of what yoga is actually for.
In this immersive you will explore:
• The mythology and energy of Sarasvatī as an entry point into wisdom
• A fluid Lucid Flow Maṇḍala practice
• Dharma, Karma, and Self-Knowledge through guided inquiry and discussion
